You should come for drinks at Thomas Restaurant and Bar because… we serve quality drinks at a great price, with a relaxed atmosphere and laid back, warm welcoming staff.

I’ll whip you up a… ‘Porn Star Martini’- vanilla, pineapple, passion fruit, lemon, and a dash of butterscotch. Refreshing and interesting - one of our best sellers!

Mine’s a… ‘Vieux-Carre’. An old classic.

When I’m off duty you’ll normally find me… gigging frequently with my band Minor Blues - mostly in Manchester. Favourite hang outs would be Common Bar or Matt and Phreds.

The best thing about being a bartender is… the types of people you meet. Networking is everything!

Not many people know this but… I have a pet dragon.
