Box Bar is a sprawling Deansgate venue specialising in all things American-style cuisine and live sports action. A swish spot where football comes first, this two-storey bar and restaurant is the ultimate matchday haunt.

The third opening for the brand (who already have venues in Liverpool and Leeds), this 8000sqft space is decked out with shuffleboards, darts areas and karaoke machines, as well as several huge HD screens.

The menu is made up of hearty halftime classics - from mega loaded nachos, to juicy burgers and homemade pizzas. Alternatively, head here on the weekend for a bottomless brunch, complete with fluffy pancakes and free-flowing fizz.

And to keep you hydrated throughout the game? Expect a well-stocked bar full of all your classic fave beers along with a few local heroes. Oh, and did we mention the espresso martinis, on tap?
