What they say:
Cranes and carved architecture isn't the only thing that Manchester can expect from the new 268,000 sg ft development at One St Peter's Square, it looks like San Carlo also have a treat in store. Taking to the ground floor of this contemporary new plot, Fumo will be a 5,500 sq ft restaurant boasting San Carlo's signature dishes and deluxe stance. Toting its own dining terrace, private dining rooms and a bespoke bar to boot, Fumo is an exciting new edible adventure to arrive in the city.
What we say:
Already a hot to trot selection of edible locations for Manchester's most delectable denizens, it's no doubt that San Carlo will further reign down on Manchester with their signature dishes, classic yet contemporary interiors and plush palate pleasers. And speaking on personal experience from the trip to the big second city, the Birmingham Fumo was something else, so I have high hopes for Manchester's offering, cocktails and top notch tapas style plates in tow.
