Hailed as one of the most luxurious dining brands in the city, San Carlo look to a brand new edible venture this year as they unveil a restaurant bar in one of Manchester's swankiest new plots. 

Set to be found at One St Peter's Square, a new 268,000 sg ft development of office spaces and retail accomodation, Fumo will be a 5,500 sq ft restaurant complete with its own dining terrace, private rooms and bespoke bar of cosmopolitan concoctions. Having already successfully launched their deluxe Fumo brand in the heart of Birmingham city, San Carlo can only looking forward to another embarking of cleverly cultivated cocktail and fancy fare. Watch this space as we unveil more about menu's, dishes and interiors alike.
