On The Day - On the day we provide all your ingredients, recipe, aprons, a fancy box to take away your creation in and we do all the washing up - Starting at £32pp
Bake At Home - Our specially created digital download of ‘The Big Bakes Mini Recipe e-Book’ so you can host your very own baking competition at home- valued at £12.50pp. *Certain Monday night bookings do not include our e-book download.

I want to book for a group, how do I do this?
If you would like to book for a group, you can simply buy your tickets above, and increase the number of people attending to the desired amount. The minimum booking number is two people, as we have a team of two at each bake station. If your party is an odd number, then you are always welcome to bake as a three.
Can I hire the entire marquee?
No problem. If you would like the entire marquee for one of our public sessions, just simply book all 24 tickets through DesignMyNight. If you would like to book a private session at a time not listed or bring more than 24 people, just complete our enquiry form here.
I have a dietary requirement?
That is no problem at all. Just complete our Online Dietary Form.
Can I bake in a three?
Of course, When joining us with
an odd number, one group will bake in a team of three at one of our
fab bake stations 
All guests require a ticket, so just select the number of tickets for your party for your preferred date and time. Please note - if you would like everyone to bake at separate stations, i.e. one pair at one station and one guest on their own, then you will need to select four tickets to book two stations for your group. I have already booked, when should I arrive?
Please arrive 20 minutes early to your event as we welcome bakers in early for your pre-bake brief.
Can children attend The Big London Bake?
All ages are more than welcome to come and bake with us, but any children under the age of 18 must either bake alongside a responsible adult, or
-For younger bakers between the ages of 14-17 - there must be one responsible adult per 4 children attending.
-For younger bakers between the ages of 5-13, there must be one responsible adult per 3 children attending.
- For younger bakers under the age of 5, they must bake alongside two responsible adults.
Please note that children will need to be supervised when using the ovens and hobs, our friendly team will be on hand to help give guidance on safe usage of these. If you are booking tickets for under 18’s to attend, please email us at contactus@thebiglondonbake.com to confirm the ages, number of children attending and date and time of your booking.
How much is it for children to attend The Big London Bake?
All ticket prices are as listed on our website. Children under the age of 5 are free of charge when baking in a 3 alongside 2 full price tickets. If you wish to bring any children under the age of 5 to our event, please email us at contactus@thebiglondonbake.com.
I am running late, can I start the bake late?
Our sessions start promptly at the time listed on your ticket. We suggest all bakers arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your start time. We always try where possible to accommodate late arrivals, but unfortunately late arrivals over 15 minutes will not be able to join the session as all our bakes are carefully planned to last the full 90 minutes. Tickets can’t be moved or refunded for late arrivals.
Can I drink in the tent?
Our South London location has a baking licence only so no alcohol can be brought into the venue, but we are attached to a fabulous pub where you can enjoy pre and post bake drinks. All non-alcoholic drinks purchased from The Castle Pub are permitted in our venue.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue. Please ensure you arrive 20 minutes before your event start time. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals and tickets are not transferable.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. A single ticket admits one person only.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If an event is moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

10. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

15. Ticket Changes: Changes with 3+ Weeks Notice: Tickets can be moved once, free of charge, to a session of the same ticket value within 6 months of your original booking. Up to 4 Days Before Booking: Tickets can be moved once, to a session of the same ticket value within 6 months of the original date with a £10 change fee per ticket. Tickets purchased with the Ticket Guarantee are exempt from this fee. Last Minute Changes: For changes within 3 days of your booking, or if you miss or arrive late to your session, rebooking is available for a £20 fee per ticket to a session of the same ticket value. You must notify us via the ticket change form within 1 day of a missed session otherwise tickets are forfeited.
