I want to book for a group, how do I do this?
If you would like to book for a group, you can simply buy your tickets above, and increase the number of people attending to the desired amount. The minimum booking number is two people, as we have a team of two at each bake station. If your party is an odd number, then you are always welcome to bake as a three.
Can I hire the entire marquee?
No problem. If you would like the entire marquee for one of our public sessions, just simply book all 24 tickets through DesignMyNight. If you would like to book a private session at a time not listed or bring more than 24 people, just complete our enquiry form
Do you have an onsite bar?
Yes, our East London venue has a stunning cake themed bar with a tempting collection of cocktails, wines and beers as well as some perfect snacks pre or post bake. And we also have our drinks deck, where you can watch the bakes taking place as well. You don't need to book, just simply arrive a little earlier or hang out with us after.
I have a dietary requirement?
That is no problem at all. Just complete our Online Dietary Form.
I have already booked, when should I arrive?
We suggest arriving 20 minutes before your published start time.
Can children attend The Big London Bake?
All ages are more than welcome to come and bake with us, but any children under the age of 18 must either bake alongside a responsible adult, or for every 4 children attending under the age of 18, 1 supervising adult is required to attend. Please note that children will need to be supervised when using the ovens and hobs, our friendly team will be on hand to help give guidance on safe usage of these. If you are booking tickets for under 18’s to attend, please email us at contactus@thebiglondonbake.com to confirm the ages, number of children attending and date and time of your booking.
How much is it for children to attend The Big London Bake?
All ticket prices are as listed on our website. Children under the age of 5 are free of charge when baking in a 3 alongside 2 full price tickets. If you wish to bring any children under the age of 5 to our event, please email us at contactus@thebiglondonbake.com.
I am running late, can I start the bake late?A: Our sessions start promptly at the time listed on your ticket. We suggest all bakers arrive at least 20 minutes before your start time. We always try where possible to accommodate late arrivals, but unfortunately late arrivals over 15 minutes will not be able to join the session as all our bakes are carefully planned to last the full 90 minutes. Tickets can’t be moved or refunded for late arrivals.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue. Please ensure you arrive no later than ten minutes before your event start time. We may not be able to accommodate late arrivals and tickets are not transferable.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. A single ticket admits one person only.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If an event is moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

When participated at The Big London Bake East you agree that our event may be photograph and recorded, and that this may be use in any manner or media, including without limitation unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising and sales promotion. This media remains the sole ownership of The Big London Bake East.
11. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

16. Tickets can be moved free of charge 3 weeks before you booking for parties under 4. These can be moved within a two week period from the original date of your booking. For parties over four please contact us at contactus@thebiglondonbake.com. We are unable to offer free ticket changes within three weeks.
17. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes before your bake. Bakes begin at the time published on your ticket. Late arrivals may not be admitted. Unfortunately guests arriving more than 15 minutes late we will not able to join us.
