At this workshop series, I pair up with beautiful Maria from Casa Fortunata to mix ThetaHealing and Sound Healing together in order to explore and heal different issues each time.
You will be given a brief introduction to energy, how it flows and how it stimulates us, alongside an introduction to the chosen theme and the challenges that might arise when working with the theme and how to overcome them.
You will have the opportunity to set your own intentions and identify experiences or people that you like to carry with you in your heart through the Workshop.
The first event is focused on FORGIVENESS as we work on LETTING GO of previous disappointment so that we can welcome new fantastic energies into our lives and into our hearts.
The second workshop Theme is LOVE, with a focus on loving others and yourself.
The September events will focus on GROWTH and SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT.
Firstly you will enjoy a relaxing and nourishing sound bath, helping to calm busy minds. Once centered attendees remain lying down while you will be guided through a Theta healing session. After the Theta healing you will continue to lie down and open your heart once more to the healing sounds of the Crystal Singing Bowls as the sound vibration helps to release any emotional blockages.
What is Thetha healing?
ThetaHealing is a meditative technique conducted while the client and practitioner are in a theta brainwave state - an altered consciousness where brainwaves are slowed to a relaxed mode and open to change. As you meditate gentle words will be spoken to the room, words that reach deep into your heart helping you to heal and letting go of old patterns and habits.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. 4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
