On Saturday 1 March in the lead up to International Women’s Day, join us for an inspiring conversation Adrienne Adhami, a leading well-being coach and keynote speaker known for her podcast Power Hour Modern Wellness, as she celebrates the launch of her book Decisions That Matter, a smart and practical guide to overcoming decision paralysis.
In today’s world, we make an estimated 35,000 decisions each day, ranging from the trivial to the life-changing. With so many choices at our disposal, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. In Decisions That Matter, Adrienne provides not only advice but also actionable tools and frameworks to help you navigate life’s complexities with clarity and purpose—whether in your career, relationships, or personal growth. Drawing on her expertise from working with leading brands like Apple, Spotify, and Range Rover, Adrienne will guide you toward making confident, impactful decisions.
Joining her in conversation is Rosie Viva, the ‘face of mental health’ and the subject of a powerful Channel 4 documentary documenting her experience living with bipolar disorder. With her firsthand knowledge of living with a neurodiverse mind, Rosie is committed to raising awareness and educating others about the condition, while passionately advocating for the transformative power of music and fitness.
