Downward Dog and Dine returns to Dalston Heights in July - this time Thai themed!!
Join @oballyoga for an energising vinyasa flow yoga class and then indulge in a delicious three-course Thai supper by @n5kitchen, all set in an incredible east London warehouse!
Welcome cocktails are included but BYOB is encouraged for the meal! Any dietary requirements you may have please email milly@n5kitchen.co.uk with 48h notice.
This will be an open level vinyasa flow class so all levels of yoga are extremely welcome! Mats will be limited so please do bring your own if you have one.
