Greetings to all our Wall Street traders! It’s been an incredible year, and to celebrate, we’re throwing a huge NYE event at Miniature Restaurant Epsom, a 2 floored 400 capacity event space renowned for its quirky design, spectacular events, and secret shisha terrace! 😮
Rules? We’ve ripped up the rule book! The party is designed to be spontaneous, and exciting and as such, we’ve arranged luxury canapes on arrival, showgirls, and the best DJs including in town to keep the party rocking throughout.
Greed is good which is why we’ve arranged complimentary prosecco glasses for the first 100 attendees, and for those who last the pace, complimentary NYC pizzas 🍕 will be served just before 2.00 am. The shocks will keep coming with a midnight confetti celebration amongst the crazy wonders planned.
As an extra special reward, because you’ve worked so hard all year, the night’s top “trader” present in the evening will win a trip to Paris including Flights & Hotel 💰💵 – t&cs apply! New Year’s Eve Terms & Conditions Terms and conditions for ticket purchases: *** Physical Photo ID is required. No photocopies or photographs. *** 1. This ticket entitles the ticket holder to a single entrance before 1230am. The Welcome canapes and prosecco reception are before 10 pm for the first 100 guests. Free pizza slices will be handed out just before 2am. 2. It is advised to arrive early to avoid queuing times. We recommend arriving within the first half hour of doors opening to prevent long queues and enter the venue before midnight. Please be aware that the door may close for 10 minutes prior to midnight, during which time guests will be held at the door until it re-opens. Last entrance is 00:30. 3. Only guests with table reservations or VIP tickets are entitled to express entrance - this may mean a separate queue or queue jump depending on the event.. 4. On arrival to the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation either printed or on mobile ready to be scanned. Once you reach the front of the queue your information will be checked off by the door host for entrance. Photo ID is required at all venues. 5. The ticket holder must adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines (age restrictions 18+, timings, dress code, intoxication, gender balance etc.) for full details contact the event manager or see xtevents.co.uk 6. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in refusal of admission. 7. Entertainment, timings, decorations, acts, performers, and themes are all subject to change. 8. Refunds will not be issued if the ticket holder is refused admission for failure to adhere to the venue’s entrance guidelines – this is at the security team’s discretion. 9. Refunds will ONLY be issued should the event be canceled and no alternative be provided. 10. Table bookings must be claimed by a specific time to prevent issues entering the venue. 1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
