Away from the crowds on the river banks, soak up the atmosphere of the biggest night of the year from the River Thames, right in the heart of the party. Welcome drink in hand, explore the vessel before taking in all the sights and sounds from the city.
Enjoy a specially prepared buffet and then hit the bar which boasts unlimited wine, beer, single spirits and soft drinks. With a DJ playing on-board there's never a dull moment, but don't forget to stop at midnight to bring in the New Year in style. Marvel at London's world famous firework display as you raise a glass to 2020 on the Viscountess.

The crew will endeavour to secure the best position possible for viewing of the firework display, however please respect that the Captain's decision is final. At midnight, the boat will position itself with all the other boats; the boats moor either side of the London Eye, next to Westminster and Waterloo Bridges. In order to ensure a party atmosphere, seating is limited and non-reservable

The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
