Usher in the New Year at our annual vintage nightclub spectacular as Royal Festival Hall transforms into five floors of immersive entertainment.
With five pop-up vintage nightclubs, all tastes are catered for with music from the 1920s through to the 90s, and swing, rock’n'roll, soul, disco, house and cabaret all thrown in for good measure. As always there's stylish dining, a hair and beauty salon, walkabout entertainment, photo studios and a private terrace overlooking the Thames from which to view London's world-famous NYE fireworks*.
THE TORCH CLUB
Leave the cares of the 21st century behind and step into the glamorous world of the decadent 1930s with Alex Mendham & His Orchestra. The vibrant 18-piece orchestra serenade you with hot rhythms and sweet melodies, overlaid with the evocative lyrics of timeless standards by Gershwin, Cole Porter, irving Berlin and more courtesy of Alex Menham and The Dunlop Sisters.
In between the live music record collector DJ Daddy Rich will have you swinging all night as he spins some of his favourite vinyl from the 1920s, 30s and 40s, whilst dance teachers Marc & Hoc are on hand to guide you through the steps of some dances of the period such as The Palais Stroll and Lambeth Walk.
After midnight, The Clore Ballroom transforms into an intimate cabaret club with more live performances, dancing and great music from a bygone era.
LET IT ROCK
The Jive Romeros, Britain’s Kings of be-bop, rock’n’roll, jive and swing make a welcome rare appearance to deliver their infectious swing mix of classic American and early British rock’n’roll to Let It Rock.
Helping you slide seamlessly onto the dancefloor top jive dance teacher, Andrew Hall will be there to lead you through jive basics and some of the more eccentric dances of the 1950s, whilst DJ Mr Jinx keeps you jumpin’, jivin’ & boppin’ at all other times.
THE STUDIO
The Style Studio traces some of the legendary disco club nights from the mid-70s to the most culturally influential and eclectic nightclubs of the early 80s, and beyond. Get moving to everything from 70s soul, funk and disco to early 80s electro, boogie, rare groove, along with some uber cool jazz and the best Northern Soul.
BAR BONKERS
Delivering 1980s and 1990s pop, rock and dance anthems, promising ‘dancing with abandon’ are DJ Anna Greenwood and Jess Indeedy at Bar Bonkers. Disco dancing DJ Anna Greenwood promises to have you bouncing into 2018 and beyond with an all-killer no-filler set of musical bangers.
Joined by DJ Helix and the hilarious dancing grannies, Jess Indeedy delivers an unforgettable NYE edition of Indeedy Musical Bingo. Mark the songs off your bingo card as you hear them to win some amazing (and kitsch) prizes.
TIKI BAR
Shimmy and shake all night while sipping colourful cocktails high above the River Thames in the Honolulu sky lounge, hosted once again by the bongo-tastic House of Bamboo. Exotica expert Martin Green (The Sound Gallery and Smashing) and Martin Karminsky spin sambas, mambos and cha cha chas, while Hawaiian hostesses hold limbo dance competitions for urban castaways.

2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
