 Clive Davis, The Sunday Times

Top jazz harpist and vocalist Tara Minton returns to the Toulouse stage with double bassist, Ed Babar and Bulgarian powerhouse Lilia Iontcheva on percussion. They’ll be performing tunes from their new record ‘Two For The Road,’ an eclectic mix of classic and contemporary standards for your pleasure!

Minton is proudly endorsed by Camac Harps and has performed the world over with the likes of Bjork, Tom Walker, SuRie, and Miranda Mulholland. Her original music has been featured on the BBC and her most recent concert at Cadogan Hall was streamed live on Jazz Fm. Her 2020 release "Please Do Not Ignore The Mermaid" (Lateralize Records) received widespread jazz media praise and radio play. Alongside her performing career, Tara teaches as Professor of Jazz Harp at the London Performing Academy of Music.

London bassist, Ed Babar is band leader of The Blues and Roots Ensemble, a 9 piece band dedicated to sharing the music of Charles Mingus. BARE performs regularly in venues in and around London and leads large scale music education projects in schools across the UK.
