Tamasine Kimber’s new one woman show featuring more stories and songs about her ever growing shoe collection, her love of all things Disney and Musical Theatre and the joy of being a Mum living in an all-male household!
Tamasine exploded onto the cabaret scene 2 years ago in a burst of shoe glamour and hasn’t looked back since. Her debut solo show last year at The Pheasantry was so much fun, she decided to embark on a follow up show for 2017! This show has been created amongst many, many shoe shopping expeditions and ‘discussions’ about where the new purchases should live in her male dominated household. Along the way she’ll visit area of her life where things haven’t always gone according to plan and how she would just love to live in a Disney Way! Accompanied by the amazing Jordan Clarke on keys!
Tamasine gave up a performing career 10 years ago to have a family. 8 years later she came back for some sanity! In the past 2 years since she came back onto the performing scene, she has embraced her new found love of cabaret and embarked on a journey of self discovery! Her debut solo show, the Girl In The Red Shoes in June 2016 was well received and was a great learning curve of all things cabaret! In the summer of 2016 she took part in ‘The Singers Cabaret Workshop’ run by the formidable team of Paul L Martin and Jamie Anderson. Since the graduation showcase in September 2016, she has spent the past year growing as a cabaret performer and being asked to sing in some wonderful showcases of some talented musical theatre and cabaret song writers! Tamasine is so excited to be back in this new show!
