Café Manouche opens London’s first Gypsy Jazz festival with music from the 1920s to the 50s, including Parisian Waltzes, hot swing and touches of Latin and bossa nova, Played in the distinctive style of gypsy jazz guitar legend Django Reinhardt.

"Café Manouche started in 2013/14 formed by Matt Kerry and his brothers, playing great Gypsy jazz and swing with added vocals. Matt Kerry spent many years working on his Gypsy Rhythm playing and has studied with some of the top Gypsy players in the world bringing an authentic style of playing and rhythmic sound to the band. With added swinging vocals from Natalia Amy Douglas the band plays a great mix of Gypsy swing and jazz standards through to early Bebop and more...

Café Manouche quartet will feature the great UK Gypsy jazz guitarist, Tim Robinson...Tim has been playing this style for many years and has played with some of the best! Tim's online lessons have also become the first port of call for many Gypsy jazz players, Also Joined by the excellent Pete Thomas on double bass, Pete is making a name for himself playing on the Gypsy jazz scene as a solid bass player playing with some great top acts in the scene.

Café Manouche have performed all across the UK including their own produced shows in theatres, London performances have included, Royal Albert Hall, Spice of life, Le Quecumbar, The Ned, St Pancras Renaissance hotel, and festivals, March Manouche, IGGF Gypsy Jazz festival, Cheltenham to name a few...
