Big Screen is delighted to present Big Fish Little Fish bringing the Original Family Rave to the delightful setting of Belair Park to enjoy alfresco summer times all 'served-up' against the backdrop of the Wimbledon Tennis Finals:

Featuring world famous DJ:
Frank Tope of Basement Jaxx for some bangin' tunes outdoors in the summer sun.
Expect club classic tunes from across the decades, plus a whole lot of balloons, with bubbles and foam for the kids to enjoy too. Whilst this event is outdoors with partial open sided tent cover, families will need to remain close to their rug area to maintain a covid safe environment.
BFLF will bring crafting activities out to the families individually and run the parachute dance around the whole area so families will not need to congregate.
Food and drink options - Live Tennis Action on Big plasma screen - babies & U2s free- buggy space will be available on site.

Big screen is the ultimate covid-safe experience to enjoy this summer's most sought after sporting and cultural events in an affordable way.
Featuring a take-over of family entertainment from the legendary 'Big Fish Little Fish' with plenty of other fun activities and live music all 'served-up' against the backdrop of the Wimbledon Tennis Finals on the morning of Saturday 10th July.
We bring like-minded friendly fans together to enjoy gourmet food, punnets of strawberries accompanied by lashings of cream and of course plenty of champagne in the Dulwich sunshine!
T&Cs
TICKET TERMS
1. Big Green London, which is a company incorporated in England and Wales (known hereto as the
“Event Organisers” 2021).
2. By purchasing or winning an Event ticket (a “Ticket”) and/or attending the Event using a Ticket, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein.
3. A valid Ticket entitles the holder to attend the Event on the relevant date and at the relevant times as stated on the Ticket.
4. We operate a strict ‘challenge 21+years old’ policy event only. Proof of age may be required for all Ticket types. Please ensure that you have ID with you in case you are asked. Failure to provide such ID may result in you being asked to stop consuming and purchasing alcohol and/or leave the Event and a photo ID must always be made available upon request.
5. Re-entry to the Event is not permitted and we actively advise to allow plenty of time for entry, especially given the restrictions linked to this global pandemic.
6. Food and or Alcohol sadly CANNOT be brought into the Event. There are fully licensed bars available for you.
7. You will not be allowed to bring any glass bottles of any kind into the Event. There are no
exceptions.
8. No animals are allowed at the Event, other than assistance dogs (such as guide dogs).
9. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any Ticket holder and may on occasion conduct security searches to ensure the safety of visitors. The Organiser shall be entitled to remove anyone from the venue who is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol or who, in the reasonable opinion of the Organiser, is conducting themselves in a manner inappropriate to their continued attendance. There shall be no admittance without a valid Ticket.
10. Tickets shall not be resold, exchanged, or transferred. To do so or to alter or deface any Ticket will render it void.
11. It is the Ticket holder’s responsibility to check his or her Tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified, and the Organisers shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen Tickets.
12. Tickets shall not be used as prizes in competitions without the prior written consent of the Organiser.
13. All sound and moving or still picture rights including, without limitation, on the internet, vest exclusively with the Organisers and any material filmed or recorded at the Event may only be used for the personal, non-profit making enjoyment of amateurs. By entering the venue, Ticket holders’ consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as visitors attending the Event, and consent to the image or recording of them being used in future marketing material for the Event.
14. Tickets are sold or given away via competitions etc. subject to the Organiser’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond their control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange Tickets. It is the responsibility of the Ticket holder to ascertain the date, time, and venue of any rearranged staging of the Event.
15. Should the Event be postponed no refund of the Ticket price, or any additional expenditure shall be made to the Ticket holder.
16. Should the Event be cancelled due to bad weather or any other mitigating circumstance, then the Ticket holder shall be entitled to a credit to the same value of the Ticket price, but no refund will be given in respect to any other cancellation whatsoever. Ticket credits shall be valid for up to one year after the cancelled Event.
17. The Organiser, its servants or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused to the bearer of this Ticket save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organiser, its servants or agents or any other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
18. Occasionally, inclement weather, shift in tournament circumstances or an act of God can disrupt an open-air event. Any decision to cancel the Event will be taken only at the advertised start time. No refund will be made if the Event starts but is later abandoned or such is in anyway adversely affected by an act of God including but not limited to CV19 pandemic restrictions. We would kindly advise to bring your own face-mask protection and please understand that these are crazy times in which we live, so in the nature of us being a 24-48 hour ‘pop-up’ under intense pressure from guidelines and fiscal limitations, so things might not always be perfect, but we will always try our best.
19. On entry, you agree to accept and abide by any venue rules.
20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and those bound by them hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in connection herewith.
21. Management reserve the right to refuse admission. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable and will become void once removed. Tickets cannot be replaced. Terms and conditions apply. Please drink responsibly and respect our residents.

BFLF T&Cs
1. Parents remain responsible for their children at all times.
2. For families with younger children (8s and under) though all ages are welcome. Only adult groups are not admitted
3. Each member of your group must have a ticket and pre-walking infants free (but ticketed). A max of 3 children per adult.
4. There will be limited parking available at both sites. Public transport options are available within 5 minutes walking distance. (*access to Cannizaro Park will include a flight of stairs, however, we will have stewards on hand to help with buggies etc).
5. This event will run with families based on picnic rugs. Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance. Sound levels will be monitored to remain within WHO guidelines.
6. Buggies must be left in the outdoor buggy park and will not be allowed into the tented event space. The buggy park will be inside the event perimeter after tickets have been checked. Please bring rain covers if it looks like rain.
7. Baby change facilities will be 'festival style' and will include change mats on tables by the portaloos.
8. We may photograph or film small parts of the event and by entering you are giving your permission for these to be used for BFLF promotion purposes - please speak to a BFLF member of staff if you do not wish your image to be used.
9. Please be aware that BFLF is designed to provide a family friendly, authentic club experience and is not a traditional children's party or disco. There is no kids music, nor games, nor DJ shout outs. The effect is to give families unity on the dance floor - dancing together.
