Our friends at Edgard & Cooper cordially invite your dog to attend The Ball Ball. (You can come too.) This one–of–a–kind event is sure to be the talk of the dog park, with features such as a dog–friendly banquet table and the string quartet from Bridgerton. We look forward to seeing your dog. Before You Come
1. My dog is anxious or not very social—can I still attend?
We donʼt recommend attending if your dog is uncomfortable around other dogs. Some areas allow dogs to roam freely, so we ask all dogs to be sociable to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
2. Are all dog sizes and breeds welcome?
Dogs of all sizes and breeds are welcome, provided they are sociable and feel comfortable in a group setting. To ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs, we kindly ask that your dogʼs core vaccinations are up to date. By attending, you confirm that your dog meets this requirement.
During the Event
3. Will dogs be roaming free?
Yes, in designated areas, dogs can roam off-lead. In other areas, they should stay on a lead—please follow signage and staff guidance.
4. Will there be food and water for the dogs?
Yes! There will be opportunities for food sampling, and each dog will receive a goodie bag to take home.
5. What if my dog has allergies?
We will be offering hypoallergenic recipes, including our duck-based kibble, and our Lamb and Turkey, and Apple and Blueberry bites. If your dog has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform our staff upon arrival — theyʼll be happy to guide you on what your dog can safely enjoy during the event.
6. What happens if my dog behaves aggressively?
Safety is our top priority. If a dog shows aggression or disruption, owners may be asked to place their dog on a lead or, if necessary, leave the event.

7. Can I attend without a dog?
This event is designed for dogs and their owners, so we encourage attending with a dog to fully enjoy the experience.
Practical Info
8. Is there a place to store my stuff?
Yes! We will have a staffed cloakroom available all day, and itʼs completely free to use.

9. Why do I have to pay a deposit for my ticket?
We ask for a small deposit to help limit no-shows. Our team puts a lot of time and effort into planning this event, and the deposit ensures that everyone who books can attend and enjoy the experience.
10. How do I get my deposit back?
Youʼll receive your deposit back when you attend the event. Upon arrival, our team will make sure your refund is processed—it may take a few days to appear in your account. If it doesn't, please contact the event team at experiential@tribeagency.co.uk.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. Ifthe event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event wasmoved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date andtime of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit late comers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Your deposit will be refunded upon arrival at the event. It might take 3-5 days for it to show on your account. If any questions about this, please reach out to DesignMyNight who can advise further.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
13. To ensure everyone has a great experience and in line with the venue’s capacity limits, each person can bring up to two dogs. This means a maximum of two dog tickets per person.
