Your taste buds will be tickled and delighted as you journey to the Island of the Trinity (Trinidad) and to the Spice Isle (Grenada). You’ll stop off at Little Britain (Barbados, where Chef Anthony is from) and visit the Land of Flowers (Martinique). You’ll also enjoy the flavours of foods from the Land of Wood & Water (Jamaica).
A complimentary Welcome Drink (Calypso Rum Punch) will be served with our Two-Course Set Menu for £28.50 or our Four-Course Set Menu for £39.95.

Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations, you have a right to cancel your ticket(s) up to 7 days after purchase and Park's Edge will issue a full refund within 30 days. There will be no refunds paid after 7 days but the tickets are transferrable. The new ticket owners should telephone the restaurant with the order number on the tickets at least 2 days ahead of the booking.
