London Craft Beer Cruise 24th June

1. Please be aware that the Thames is a tidal river - our navigated route may change due to seasonal tidal surges and other issues/events as dictated by the Port of London Authority.
The tickets for this event are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
2. Please ensure that you have given us your correct email address and phone number so we can notify you of any changes to our embark and disembark schedule.
3. Good times and inclusivity are pillars of our business and we pride ourselves on welcoming a diverse range of people aboard. We do not tolerate any abuse, intimidation or discrimination directed towards our crew or customers.
4. Please note that your tickets are date and time specific. Please check your ticket and notify us of any mistakes immediately.
5. As we have to leave the pier at the time specified, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the cruise starts. You will not be liable for a refund/exchange if you are late for boarding.
6. Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer them to another person.
7. Tickets are transferable to another date/time at our discretion. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for this service.
8. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required. You will be refused entry if you cannot produce ID.
9. Please do not turn up intoxicated - you will be refused entry.
10. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service as under the Licensing Act 2003. We may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
11. Sorry, no dogs except for assistance dogs.

13. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
14. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
15. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
16. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
17. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
