Come one, come all! Our celebrity chef Enzo Oliveri is hosting an evening of culinary delights in partnership with Nesan Creations Supper Clubs.
Kicking off with bubbles, Chef Enzo is putting his culinary skills to use by preparing some of the best Sicilian classic dishes around.
The 5-course dinner includes these fine dishes:
GAMBERO IN GIACCA
(Prawns coated in seseme seeds with a hint of chilli) – Chef Oliveri’s own recipe using asian influences with modern european cuisine.
MEDITERRANEAN VEGETABLE TERRINE
Layers of fresh summer vegetables grown in Sicily marinated in lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil
FETTUCINE ALFREDO (THE ORIGINAL)
(Pasta dish made from Fettucine tossed in special Parmsesan cheese with butter) – Back in the day in Rome when the 'Dolce Vita' lifestyle was in full swing with American actors from Hollywood, Alfredo used to delight movie stars and celebrities with his signature fettuccine. Alfredo’s recipe has been manipulated over the years, however today we present the original one.
ROLLO DI POLLO (Horatio Lord Nelson’s pick)
(Stuffed cuts of chicken breasts with chef Oliveris secret recipe) – From Lords Nelson’s dukedom in Sicily, a crop of the most renowned pistachios in the world, mixed with caciocavallo cheese to stuff the chicken rolls.
DOLCE TRICOLORE
(Watermelon jelly with a scent of jasmine, panna cotta topped with wild fruit cooli with pistachip semifreddo to recreate the Italian flags colours)

If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
