JOIN US AT DOUK2, A FUNDRAISING FOOD MARKET SHOWCASING THE CUISINE AND CULTURE OF LEBANON
This is a pre-ticketed event. Tickets are £5, each ticket holder is entitled to one free drink (glass of wine, beer or soft drink) courtesy of Comptoir Libanais. Children under 16 enter for free!
Douk2 is supporting Bedayati, a charity which works at the grassroots level to help displaced families in Lebanon and empower marginalised youth and women through skills training, including Culinary Entrepreneurship training. Trustees of the charity will be present at the event to talk to guests about their work and sell copies of their charity cookbook, Olive Trail. TIMED ENTRY
You can choose to buy your tickets for one of two time slots:
1 PM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 5 PM.
Please arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to your entry time but you can also arrive at any time within your time window.
Whilst we will do our best to ensure the smooth running of queues outside and through our market, please bring your brollies in case of rain and your patience for any waiting time.
ACCESSIBILITY
Unfortunately, our indoor market downstairs is not wheelchair accessible. However, there is a seating area on the ground floor with priority for guests with mobility issues.
LIMITED SEATING AVAILABLE
Comptoir will be offering a reduced menu and there’s also delicious food to buy from downstairs. Guests are welcome to sit at the tables on the ground floor to eat any food purchased whether from Comptoir or downstairs. We politely ask our guests to be mindful that there's limited seating so please leave your table tidy, in good time, and ready for the next guests to enjoy.
