About the Event
Join us for our next SoulMeets gathering, where ancient wisdom meets modern well-being. This special event offers an Introduction to Ayurveda, focusing on understanding your dosha—the unique energetic blueprint that influences your mind, body, and spirit.
Throughout the morning, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery, learning how the Ayurvedic doshas influence your daily life, habits, and overall well-being. You will also have a 45-minute sound healing & reiki session. You will go home with some Ayurveda goodies to take your experience home - a indē wild Champi Hair Oil (worth £30!) & a 30 page E-Book for discovering your dosha.
The session will be led by holistic practitioner Nikola Hlinkova who is passionate about guiding people back to their true essence through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and alignment with nature’s rhythms. Her mission is to inspire people to honour the sacred wisdom of their bodies, align with the flow of life, and step fully into their power - living with grace, self-love, and profound connection to themselves and the world around them.
At SoulMeets, our mission is to create meaningful spaces for connection - within yourself, with new experiences, and with others. After the workshop, we’ll gather for an optional brunch at the Treehouse, offering you the opportunity to connect with like-minded members of our community.
The brunch ticket includes 1 main meal of your choice, one side dish and tea/coffee.

Expect
Discover Your Dosha Through guided teachings and intuitive exercises, you’ll uncover your primary dosha—Vata (Air), Pitta (Fire), or Kapha (Earth & Water). Learn how your dominant dosha shapes your energy, emotions, and physical tendencies, and explore personalized tools to bring it into harmony.
Sound Healing Immerse yourself in the soothing resonance of sound healing, as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments work to relax your body and realign your energy. Allow these healing frequencies to release mental and emotional tension, restoring balance and calm.
Reiki Energy Healing Experience the gentle, nurturing power of Reiki. This ancient healing practice channels universal life force energy to clear blockages, ease stress, and promote inner harmony.
Group Sharing & Integration Through reflective moments and light journaling, you’ll integrate the insights gained during the evening, leaving with a deeper understanding of yourself and renewed clarity.

Contraindications:
Please refrain from eating a heavy meal for two hours before the event and avoid alcohol for 24 hours to ensure a deeply relaxing experience.
Sound healing is not recommended for women in their first or last trimester of pregnancy, individuals with pacemakers or other heart rate irregularities, or those with sound-induced epilepsy. If you're unsure whether a sound bath is right for you, consult your doctor.

3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
