DON'T WANT TO READ THE PAPERS ANYMORE?

DON'T WORRY, WE DO IT FOR YOU.

IF YOU ARE OF THE OPINION THAT EVERY PAGE OF YOUR SUNDAY PAPER IS FILLED WITH DOOM, DESTRUCTION AND DOWNFALL, WELL... WE UNDERSTAND.

BUT NOW COMES A CURRENT AFFAIRS COMEDY SHOW THAT QUESTIONS ALL THOSE ASSUMPTIONS, A SHOW THAT RIDICULES THE NAYSAYERS, UNRAVELS THE SPIN AND POOH-POOHS THE POMPOSITY OF HEADLINE PRINT.

BOOK EARLY!

Early Edition is a unique comedy experience, and the stage version of the fantastically successful BBC TV show The Late Edition.

Just like the television version, Early Edition features comedian Marcus Brigstocke, and Andre Vincent, writer and performer of his award winning show Hurrah for Cancer, based on his own experiences,

Marcus and Andre, along with their special guests, informally review today’s newspapers, and there’s not much that won’t come under the teams satirical knives with blisteringly funny results.

Marcus Brigstocke

Marcus began his comedy career in Bristol whilst studying drama at University and soon won the BBC New Comedian of 1996 at the Edinburgh Festival. He is now regarded as a major comedy, writing and acting talent, performing stand up nationally to sell out audiences both on tour and on the well trodden comedy circuit. The master of satirical comedy, Marcus has proved to be blisteringly funny over a wide range of topics.

'If you haven't seen him live, then you haven't seen him at his very best' (The Daily Mirror)

'Rare is the stand-up show that makes you laugh, think and then fight back the tears. This is it' (The Daily Telegraph).

Andre Vincent

After cutting his teeth performing on the pavements of the world and winning the Time Out Street Performer Of The Year Award 1987, he transferred his skills to stand-up. He toured mainly in the USA and Canada, including a support slot for Bob Hope, before returning to his native London in 1994. Over five years on the circuit in this country have seen him rise to one of the most widely respected performers doing the rounds.

'He always gets people laughing through his accomplished stand-up skills, evident in his scalpel-sharp ad-libs and outstanding one-liners' (Chortle)

'Aside from his ability to sustain a single narrative for a full hour, with thought-provoking originality and biting humour, Vincent also uses video to deliver one of the most disarming punch lines you're ever likely to see on the Fringe' (The Scotsman)

'An improvising comedy genius' (The Guardian)

'He possesses the energy of Lee Evans with the improvisational skills of Paul Merton and is one of the best comedians in the business' (The Times)

'Ferociously funny' (The Sunday Times)
