Ray Mang- As a remixer his phone never stops ringing. He’s notched up credits for Lassigue Bendthaus, Banda Black Rio, Gorillaz, Shirley Bassey, Grand National, Beck, Roxy Music / Bryan Ferry, Doves, The Phenomenal Handclap Band, Freddie Mercury, Bloc Party, Munk, Rob Garza, Friendly Fires, Classixx, S-Express, Daniel Grau & Los Amigos Invisibles with Dimitri From Paris to name just a few.
As a globe trotting DJ he plays at festivals, clubs, bars and on beaches in some of the most beautiful locations around the world. His incendiary sets blend house, disco, boogie, cosmic, balearic, latin, afro, along with anything that takes his fancy and sneak previews of his own forthcoming monsters. As happy playing peak time Saturday night as he is providing the soundtrack to your sunset moment in paradise. Recent trips have taken him to Brazil, USA, Bali, Japan, Australia, Mexico, Croatia, Ibiza and all over Europe. He has also become a regular at festivals like Electric Elephant, Festival No 6, Campo Sancho and Mareh & O/NDA in Brazil
Nancy Noise is one of the originals. She first visited Ibiza in 1986 which created a love affair that continues to this day. During the summers of '86 and '87 her home was the club Amnesia where she spent long nights dancing in front of the speakers to the sounds of Alfredo & Leo Mas, often venturing up to ask what the record was they had just played. If you ask Nancy what made Amnesia special, she'll tell you, "it was the music, the vibe, dancing under the stars all night long, the eclectic mix played the just right way that worked so perfectly" Amen. During the summer of 1987 Nancy met Ian St.Paul and Paul Oakenfold who had also fallen in love with Amnesia. On arrival back to London they wanted to continue the party so held a few nights which resulted in them finding a regular venue. Oakenfold knew that Nancy was a music lover & had been buying the records she had been dancing to over the last couple of summers so asked he asked her to DJ. The club was the Future and it is now part of London clubbing history. Within weeks Future was one of the busiest parties in London and a fundamental part of the early Acid House scene in. From here Spectrum, Loud Noise and Land Of Oz. Nancy soon became one of the early DJs, playing for i-D magazine world tours. Alongside this she was working hand in hand with Paul Oakenfold at Profile Records then onto the newly formed Perfecto Records, one of the earliest UK-based record labels to come out of the Acid House scene, which again led to playing at Perfecto parties in New York and Pacha in Ibiza. Through the 90's she played all over at many of the clubs that went on to be 'the Superclub'. After having a break to be a Mamma, she then got back behind the decks and for the last few years has been bringing her vibe & playing sunsets sets, at festivals, rooftops, clubs and the like. Nancy Noise is one of those modest people that feels no need to shout (though she does like the odd "Arreeeeebba") - she loves music, playing at parties for people that care and keeping her very original style of DJing alive and well, Bring the (Nancy) Noise.
