Smith & Sinclair, creators of London’s most popular edible cocktail sweets, invite guests and their loved one(s) to the stunning Clerkenwell restaurant Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings, to perfect the art of garnishing in an ultimate Valentine’s Day garnish workshop. A tantalising cocktail in gummy pastille form, the edible cocktail is an inventive and fun creation that takes you on a rollercoaster of flavour.
Start off the evening with a champagne cocktail and some edible cocktail treats, before being led upstairs to the beautiful B&H Kitchen, where Smith & Sinclair co-founder Melanie Goldsmith will talk participants through the steps of creating the delectable delights. Guests will be given an array of sugars and flavour combinations to garnish their own freshly made edible cocktails, and will then be taught how to mix a sour-style cocktail by the talented and knowledgeable B&H bar manager, which they can enjoy with their beautifully garnished pastilles.
For the last masterclass, Smith & Sinclair will introduce guests to their delightful edible perfumes. Guests will be talked through the history of scent and get to sample the range of wonderful flavours like Rose, Orange Blossom & Lavender along with Godson & Rhuby Mule, and then get creative in concocting their own edible perfume flavour, which they can use to garnish their final cocktail of the evening.
