WELCOME PROSECCO Whilst our head bartender talks you through your class
INTRODUCTION Our head bartender will guide you through the fundamentals of making cocktails as well as a brief history of gin.
GIN COCKTAIL MAKING You will be guided through making three gin cocktails, using fresh ingredients, a variety of tonics, fun garnishes and gorgeous glassware.
COCKTAIL COMPETITION You will compete in groups to make and name the best cocktail of the day. Prizes for the winners naturally.
GOODBYE LIMONCELLO Finish with a glass of our homemade Limoncello.
