Oxford Street’s Chi Kitchen is absolutely delighted for the arrival of the new baby boy to the royal family.
We are excited to announce that MasterChef champion Ping Coombes’ will be hosting a brunch club on Sunday 20th May 2018 from 11 am - 1 pm. On that day, she will create a new innovative dish by putting a colourful twist on a traditional dish from her hometown, Malaysia, to celebrate the joy of the newborn baby prince.
Start the meal with Karipap Cheese, The latest craze in Malaysia. Crispy Karipap pastry filled with spiced potato and cheese. Perfect for cheese lovers.
Ping has created an artfully royal blue ‘Nasi Lemak Bunga Telang’, served with slow-cooked chicken in coconut, soft boiled eggs, achar, peanuts and crispy anchovies.
The blue rice is made from an organic Asian edible flower, Bunga Telang, also known as butterfly pea flower, by extracting the natural colouring from the flower. They are all natural ingredients and no artificial colours added.
Complete the meal with peanut butter and Kaya French toast with coconut ice cream, for you to enjoy a refreshing Sunday!

Chi Kitchen is a contemporary pan-Asian restaurant, created as an exclusive departmental brand for Debenhams. Chi Kitchen has recently opened on the ground floor in Debenhams Oxford Street. 2014 MasterChef Champion Ping Coombes is Executive Chef for the restaurant.

The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
