Disco Yoga® Brunches are BACK, and boy, are we ready to bring sparkle and joy to 2024!
We are delighted to announce dates for live events at The Phoenix Cavendish Square! Tucked behind one of London's busiest shopping streets, Oxford Street, The Phoenix and Disco Yoga® offer you the perfect way to groove with your friends, get a wellness boost, and have fun at the same time!
Arrive 15 minute before you’ll ‘Glitz Up’ first then enjoy a full hour of flow style yoga to a dazzling disco soundtrack. First we will get you ready for Saturday night fever then yes sir, you can boogie 'til you just can't boogie no more.
You’ll then kick back, feast and socialise. Let's Get Fizzical with a glass of something fabulous, followed by a delicious cooked brunch!
Re-charge for the week ahead at this super Saturday brunch! You’ll be Stayin’ Alive & Kung Fu fighting away the Monday blues with groove in your heart, dancing your way into the week…
No experience necessary, all levels welcome. Your ticket options include either one drink or make it a party with bottomless Prosecco for an hour plus a delicious brunch to enjoy.

DRESS CODE
You can don your spandex and pile on the bio glitter as it's the most glamorous and fun way to bend and stretch! Think ABBA, think Chic, be you & be unique! Alternatively just wear something that is comfortable to exercise in. There is no need to bring a mat, as we provide them.

Disco Yoga® was founded in 2016 by Sarah Hunt & DJ Darlo, with the aim create a yoga class for those who want fitness to be fun and uplifting! Disco Yoga® reboots the booty and revives spirits with yoga moves, infused with boogies to pumping disco grooves. Disco Yoga® has become THE 'must do' activity with your grooviest pals, and our roster includes virtual classes, unforgettable hen parties and regular festival appearances at Latitude, Bestival and Isle of Wight amongst many more.

Disco Yoga® is a yoga class inspired by those who simply want fitness to be fun and uplifting! It’s for disco lovers, yoga aficionados and first timers looking for a new way to unwind and socialise!
Our mission is to never take life, disco or yoga too seriously. Disco Yoga® will get you moving, dancing, laughing, chatting and connecting.
We start each class with the option to "Glitter Up" at our glitter station before taking your place on a Disco Yoga® mat - no need to bring one. Blissful, energising sequences to a glorious mix of disco classics will rejuvenate your mind, body, soul, reboot your body and take you to Boogie Wonderland.

T&Cs
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
