🌸 Sound Bath • A Journey into Bloom 🌸
A sound journey to support you in this season of growth, expansion, and new possibilities. At this time of year, everything around us is opening. Life is inviting us to step forward, to create, and to receive.
This session is an invitation to soften and come back to your body.
Through the immersive experience of sound, you’ll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation, supporting the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, where the body can rest, repair, and restore.
When we feel calm and safe in our bodies, the mind becomes clearer. From this place, it’s easier to access intuition, move with intention, and take steps towards what we want to create in our lives.
Over time, regularly dropping into this state helps build resilience to stress. We begin to respond to life with more ease and capacity, rather than feeling overwhelmed.
We’re gathering in community for an accessible Sound Bath designed to support this process. No pressure, no expectations, just space to rest, receive, and realign.
A moment to reconnect with yourself and with what is ready to grow in your life.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves and vibrations, created by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.
Designed to support deep relaxation and restoration, you’ll be invited to lie down (or sit comfortably), allowing the sound to guide you into a state of rest, reflection, and gentle renewal.
This session offers:
✨ A grounding arrival
✨ A guided immersive sound journey
✨ A moment of reflection on what is ready to bloom
✨ Optional connection with others after the session

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to fully
relax. Layers are recommended, as body temperature can drop during
deep rest.
What should I bring?
A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort. An eye mask or scarf
is optional to reduce visual stimulation.
Do I need experience?
No — no prior experience with meditation or yoga is needed.
Can I sit instead of lying down?
Yes, you’re welcome to sit on a chair or cushion if that feels more
comfortable.
How often should I attend?
There’s no set rule — some people join weekly or monthly as part of
their wellbeing practice.
Gentle Considerations for Participation
Sound baths are a deeply restorative practice and are generally
suitable for most people. That said, everyone’s experience is
unique, and certain individuals may wish to take extra care. If you
are particularly sensitive to sound, experience sound-triggered
migraines, tinnitus, or hyperacusis, or if you are pregnant
(especially in the first trimester), you may want to check in with
a healthcare professional before attending.
If you live with epilepsy or find that strong sensory experiences can feel overwhelming for you, it may be helpful to consider whether this practice feels right for you at this time. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and step out of the space at any time if needed.
