The latest collaboration from former Portland pair João Ferreira Pinto and sommelier Carolina W Seibel, Stoke Newington's new European spot Moio is set to be one of North London's most sought after local eateries. Taking over from its similarly inspired predecessor, Rustic Twist, the restaurant is bringing a refined menu of flavours from across the continent. Think razor clams with passionfruit ceviche, celeriac vichyssoise with frozen grapes, pig trotters fricassee with skinny fries and rosemary crème brûlée.

Seibel's wine list also offers a unique view of Europe through its eclectic mix of renowned names and small-batch bottles. What remains consistent however, is that each item on the carefully curated menu has been chosen to match or complement the food and atmosphere of the restaurant.
