2023 is off to a real good start, as Michelin-starred restaurant Brat is coming to the heart of Soho this spring. After great success at its Shoreditch and Hackney venues, founder Tomos Parry will be opening another spot at the former home of Byron Burgers on Beak Street. Like at the East London hubs, foodies can expect rustic interiors, including exposed brick walls, wood flooring and a stunning central staircase with cast iron fittings.

This high-end dining destination will boast innovative plates that are inspired by Parry's love for the coastal towns of Spain's Basque region. Each and every dish is cooked to perfection on a wood-fire grill, which injects a distinctive smoky flavour. Sink your teeth into aged mutton chops or succulent seafood, served alongside charred roasted greens and potatoes. And if you're feeling thirsty? Get your hands on the robust wine menu, offering everything from Champers to quality reds.
