One of Old Street's hottest new spots, Officina 00 is bringing diners the freshest pasta - and you can prove it, because they'll be whipping it up before your very eyes. The brainchild of Elia Sebregondi and Enzo Mirto, the dishes tell the story of their journeys around Italy. From Caprese street food and Sorrentina sourdough, to their signature braised pork occhi, inspired by Genoan fisherman, the pair are turning out traditional recipes with a modern flourish.
The drinks too will be sourced exclusively from the country, with Italian wines on tap and by the bottles. Cocktails offer modern twists of classic drinks, from the Americano to the Hugo, and an extra special home-made limoncello sourced from the Amalfi Coast.
Officina 00 will also act as a development kitchen, with the chefs able to experiment with ingredients to produce an ever-growing range of delicious dishes so that no two visits ever have to be the same.
