Now Open

From the team that took Paris by storm with the likes of East Mamma, Ober Mamma and Pink Mamma comes the not-so-motherly Gloria. The first London venture from the Big Mamma Group, the Shoreditch site is brings the warmth of the traditional Italian trattoria to hungry Londoners.

With a focus on homemade food, fresh pasta and authentic cooking, the group's portfolio of Italian eateries is infamous for huge queues and moreish menus. Taking over the space that was once home to Red’s True Barbecue, Gloria is spread over 2 huge floors with room for up to 160 seated guests.

Evoking the feel of Capri in the 70s, interiors have been designed by Studio Kiki. There's the main dining room filled with Carrara marble from the tip of Tuscany, as well as, a secret subterranean dining room which stays open till 2am. When it comes to food, we've got our eyes on the cacio e pepe served fresh in a huge parmesan wheel and the giant profiterole Napoletana; drenched in chocolate sauce for maximum food porn goals.
