When it comes to the menu, Gloria is going large. Think 10-layered lasagna, huge cheese wheels filled with carbonara and towering lemon meringue pies. And the drinks are no shrinking violets either - sip on the Mint To Be Spritz - a summertime mix of prosecco, St Germain elderflower liquor and mint, or the punchy Colada Me Later, created from brandy, Rhum Trois Rivieres, mango, triple sec and almond syrup.
Interiors have been designed with the idea of 1970s Capri in mind, complete with low-hanging plants, comfy booths and a sultry basement drinking den. So get ready to up your Insta' game.
