30 years ago our Founder, Monika Linton was one of the first Brits to get a license to import Manchego into the UK and since then we’ve been championing Spain’s best small production, artisan cheeses from all regions.
On the 21st November Ric will be bringing along 6 seasonal brews from Spain (expect robust Red Ales and snuggly Stouts) to pair with our winter cheese board. Our Cheesemonger, and Monika’s husband, Rupert, has curated a board that features: Ermensenda, Garrotxa, Payoyo and Picos de Europa which is served with toasted sourdough and various accouterments.
