The debut restaurant from Emily Roux (the daughter of Le Gavroche's Michel Jr.), Caractère is a causal contemporary eatery located in the heart of Notting Hill. A joint venture from Emily and husband Diego Ferrari, the menu here reflects their respective French and Italian backgrounds, serving up a range of dishes from both countries. Dish highlights include roast monkfish served with parsley root, squid, lemon condiment and foraged leaves, and dry-aged duck garnished with stuffed red onion and red wine jus.
