Beam Blackstock Road

Summer 2018

What they say:

A local favourite for foodies and Instagram foodstagrammers alike, Mediterranean-inspired Beam has become a community staple over the last twelve years. Their second location in Highbury on Blackstock Road boasts the same simple dishes and winning aesthetic as its Crouch End eatery. The menu here includes crowd-pleasing classics like halloumi wraps and grilled kofta, as well as a load of children's options for family-friendly dining.

What we say:

The mother and son duo who opened the first Beam have always highlighted the inclusion of the customers in the function of the restaurant, welcoming feedback and making changes to the menu accordingly. Crowd favourites include kofta wraps with peppers, onions, and yogurt and salmon steak with hollandaise, asparagus, and bulger wheat.
