Join us at Theo Randall Cucina Italiana on 10th June for an
unforgettable evening featuring a four-course dinner with expertly
paired wines and live music.
Chef Theo Randall has curated an exclusive menu perfectly matched
with wines from the renowned Capezzana estate. With a history
stretching back to 804 AD, Capezzana is one of Tuscany's most
storied estates, situated twelve miles west of Florence in the
ancient Carmignano wine-producing zone. To enrich the experience,
Beatrice Contini Bonacossi of the Contini Bonacossi family will
personally guide you through each wine, sharing insights into their
distinctive character and rich heritage.
Begin your journey with an antipasto of Prosciutto di Parma, paired
with Capezzana's Trebbiano. For the primo, enjoy Ravioli di
Erbette, fresh pasta filled with summer greens, pecorino and
ricotta with brown butter and sage, served alongside the Barco
Reale di Carmignano.
Savour the secondo, beef tagliata, complemented by the Villa di
Capezzana Carmignano aged ten years. Conclude with the dolce, Torta
della Nonna with crema di mascarpone, perfectly paired with the Vin
Santo di Carmignano.
