GBR, short for Great British Restaurant, is bringing all-day British fare to the Dukes Hotel London. The restaurant, coming in May, is a part of a multimillion hotel renovation. Executive chef Nigel Mendham will be serving traditional English meals and bar snacks, including fish and chips, Scotch eggs and Isle of Gigha halibut. Classic cocktails and craft beers round out the classic menu.
