GBR, short for Great British Restaurant, will be serving up an all day British menu at the Dukes London Hotel. Following the multimillion hotel renovation, executive chef Nigel Mendham will commandeer his second restaurant in the hotel, replacing Thirty Six. The menu includes English staples like fish & chips, a British charcuterie with pickled vegetables and a lamb with smoked aubergine. The bar snacks are equally as classic, with truffle chips, Norfolk crab on rye toast, and Scotch eggs. 

Mendham's quintessentially British menu is met with an equally classic interior. Antique furnishings, a massive black granite bar and black and white photography will be complemented with an elegant color scheme of deep blues and grey. For those looking for a more intimate dining experience, there's a private dining room for up to 12 guests.
