Who knew Peruvian and Japanese food could pair so well together? For those that frequent Frith Street in London, the name Chotto Matte might sound familiar. Founded in 2013 in Soho, the internationally-acclaimed restaurant specialises in Nikkei cuisine, complete with a sushi counter, fancy wine display and live DJs for entertainment. And now? You can expect another location to pop up in Marylebone Village early next year.

Founder of Chotto Matte, Kurt Zdesar hopes to expand his brand through his authentic flair for food and aesthetically-pleasing plates. He has also been a part of other London favourites such as Nobu and Ping Pong so you know this next one will be good. At the new location, you can chow down on beautifully crafted bento boxes or opt for fresh robatayaki salmon with a smoked jalapeño chilli.

Gone veggie? No problem. They offer up vegetarian dishes such as BBQ edamame and oyster mushroom tostadas. They're also whipping up a killer cocktail menu called Tokyo to Lima, which features 10 bespoke drinks utilising unique ingredients - think coriander, black pepper and miso infused tipples.
