Bringing back your local butcher's - with an in-built restaurant - Boxcar is set to open in Marylebone. Their plan is to revive traditional butchery techniques, ensuring that customers both in the butcher’s and the restaurant get the highest quality cut available. All produce is sourced by local, independent farmers that supply high-quality, ethically-raised meat. Alongside the restaurant and butcher's will be an all-day deli, serving up food and coffee.

If your idea of heaven is meat straight from the butchers onto the grill, then Boxcar might just be the place for you. The venue is split between a butcher’s shop, offering high-quality produce throughout the day; a restaurant delivering the finest grilled steaks and burgers; and a deli, serving up charcuterie, cheese, pasties, pies and coffee. There will also be butchery classes, teaching interested punters the art of cutting meat, as well as what to look out for when buying your own.
