Several little piggies went to Borough Market ... and never made it back. But, to much acclaim the new digs for Spanish meats and tapas treats has given those Iberico beauty's a new appreciation. Traditional Spanish eats are the name of the game here with a menu that focuses on authentic seasonal dishes and Mediterranean influenced morsels. Pig out.
