Lobos Meat & Tapas

Description

Set under the railway arches of Borough Market comes London's latest wolf pack...

Lobos Meat & Tapas does exactly what it says on the tin. With a simple focus on the art of cooking traditional Iberico prime cuts of meat, this tasty joint will be serving up all manner of pink piggy goodness. Specialising in Spanish tapas, expect dishes like the Lobos Bun with chichas (that's a Chorizo patty topped with candied bacon, fried onions, peppers and a fried egg to you and I), or the Arroz con Costra (which is the Lobos version of a traditional Alicante Dish, that being rice with a crust). There'll also be Martini Olives to nibble at with their menu revolving around seasonal and locally sourced produce from working with fellow Borough Market traders.

The wine offering is a predominantly Spanish one with a humble cocktail list to match as well as sherry and cavas. This one will be a vibrant new addition to the bustling Borough scene fusing traditional eats with authentic flavours and home grown culinary craft.
