What we say:
It'll be based in the City, only a stone's throw away from the ever-changing Shoreditch, and having been designed by Russell Sage Studios, will have an elegant, sophisticated aura about it. Crucially, the food will be central to things. Seasonal dishes are always delicious, but the fresh, field-to-fork aspect of things will separate The Kitty Hawk above the rest.
