Executive Chef Dan Putz is excited to launch this experience, available every Sunday at The Milestone Hotel and Residences
Main courses include: Roasted Sirloin of Hereford Beef accompanied by roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, horseradish, gravy, carved tableside; Whipped Goat’s Curd Agnolotti with apple, celeriac, lovage, hazelnut, grain mustard; Poached Fillet of North Sea Cod with prawn mousse, mashed potato, confit leek, bisque or Spiced Squash & Shropshire Red Lentil Pithivier served with smoked tofu, spinach, coconut.
