The Bird is most certainly the word with this opening of fried gumption and chickeny goodness. After the success of their Shoreditch joint, the Bird coop is making a move North to nest in Islington. Wrap your chops around Original Waffle Burger - it's the stuff of legend, it's maple syrup, it's waffles, it's chicken and it's bacon. WAAAHT.
