The kitchen works closely with independent suppliers across the UK and Europe, sourcing standout fruit, vegetables, meat and seafood - with a strong link to traders at Borough Market. Everything is cooked over a wood-fired grill and oven, a simple approach that brings depth, smokiness and clarity to each dish, allowing the natural flavours of the ingredients to shine.

Elliot’s has been pouring natural wines since 2011, curating a carefully considered list from organic and biodynamic growers who work with minimal intervention. Whether you’re a natural wine convert or just curious, the team are on hand to guide you to something you’ll love.

Downstairs, the bakery and pizza operation is a destination in its own right. Fresh bread and pizza are baked daily in the wood-fired oven, using additive-free dough made from flours sourced from UK millers such as Gilchesters and Wildfarmed - producers committed to soil health and sustainable farming.
