Lyon’s Seafood & Wine Bar, a sustainable seafood restaurant showcasing seafood from around the British Isles, is about to open up shop in Crouch End. With a ‘fin to tail’ ethos throughout their menu, the venue will serve an eclectic selection of traditional and contemporary plates such as miso fish collars with seaweed butter and Carlingford oysters with fresh melon and cucumber salsa. There’ll also be a range of locally-sourced wines including wines from West Sussex and Bethnal Green's urban winery Renegade.

Behind the venture is an all-star team, with front of house seasoned pro Anthony Lyon, former Fat Duck Chef Talia Prince and award-winning sommelier Kelvin McCabe, all bringing skills from their various backgrounds to the table.
