In aid of London Food Month, Chef proprietor of LIMA London, ranked no.5 in the world’s 50 best restaurants, Virgilio Martinez, is teaming up with top Chinese chef Jeremy Pang to celebrate the rich culture of Chinese-Peruvians who adopted the South American country as their homeland and who have since flourished.
Every Monday, Londoners will be able to enjoy a collaborative menu of Chinese and Peruvian fusion food at either Lima or Cha Chaan Teng.
